Ordered 2 of these but one arrived damaged. Messaged seller but took long time to get a response. Eventually the seller contacted and said they would swap my damaged one for a new one. They asked when we would like the swap, but then could not do it on the day. Had to wait for the following day, so we asked if we could have morning delivery as we had family coming down in the afternoon. The item did not turn up until late afternoon and the courier said he knew nothing about a morning delivery request. Fortunately the replacement item was intact, so problem was eventually solved.

Love this company, have ordered before and knew I was getting a quality product. Delivery was very prompt and I love the fact it is solidly made, ready to use straight out of the box (with the exception of having to screw the handles on), no more flat packed furniture for me!

The bedside cabinets are just what I wanted and match the furniture already in the room. One of the cabinets was slightly damaged, however the owner changed it the next day - excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend the seller.
