Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: Delivery charge will be worked out in the checkout process and will be shown when your address has been entered. 

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: We aim to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. If the products you order are in stock then we aim to deliver to your door the following week if not before. We also have a collection option available for our stores. 

 

Q: What are the payment options online?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We also have a Finance option coming soon. 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to GRO, contact us on 07341 931175. We will then be able to access the return, talk through it with you and tailor the return to your needs.
